To thank all of you amazing people for all of your support, Peter has agreed to sit down for a little one-on-one time. So, lets get to know everyone's favorite boy next door a little bit better, shall we?
What do you think is your greatest achievement?
That’s a tough question. Honestly? I think my friendship
with Kaleigh is my greatest achievement. It’s definitely the one that’s taken the
most work. That girl puts up walls better than anyone else I’ve ever met. And
they’re sturdy. It’s taken most of my life to get through them, and I’m proud of
that.
What is your happiest memory?
Well, there was this one time when I was about six. My
parents got me a new baseball for my birthday. My dad and I used to watch
reruns of old games over and over again on the TV. I took it outside with my
bat and practiced hitting it as far as I could. I just kept throwing it up and
swinging that bat and then chasing down the ball. I did it over and over again
until I’d actually managed to move several blocks from my house without
realizing it. I wasn’t worried though. Not until I took one more swing anyway.
That ball took off like a rocket . . . straight through the front window of a
house across the street. Man, I’d never been so scared. Then this girl—my age—comes
outside ranting and raving and flailing my ball around. She was so . . . animated.
Alive. I couldn’t stop staring at her. There she was just screaming and yelling
at me and refusing to give my ball back. My brand new birthday present. But
that was okay because I’d just met my best friend and the most beautiful girl in
the world. Hands down, best birthday ever. And she still hasn’t given the ball
back.
What would your ideal occupation be?
Ideal? I’d love to be a pro baseball player. But since that
doesn’t exist anymore, I’m not sure. Maybe a doctor, or teacher, or something.
I’d like to do something where I could help people.
What is your motto?
I’m not sure that I really have a ‘motto’. If I did, I guess
it would probably be ‘give people a chance’. I say that to Kaleigh often enough.
I really do believe that, given the chance, people will surprise you more often
than not.
What are your strengths/weaknesses?
Hmmm . . . I like to think of my faith in humanity as a
strength, despite what Kaleigh says. And, of course, my wit and charm. *winks* But,
Kaleigh is probably both my biggest strength and weakness. I don’t know what I
would do without that girl, and I don’t know that there’s anything I wouldn’t do
for her.

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: Cookies and Cream
Favorite Sport: Baseball, of course
Biggest Pet Peeve: Indifference. People should care about
each other, and those that don’t care about something just because it isn’t
their problem really get under my skin. That, and Connor.
